Each project is subject to a prior quote.
The quote must be approved by the client before the start of the work.
A deposit may be required to confirm the order and schedule the intervention.
Prices are expressed in euros and may be subject to VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
Payment terms are specified in the quote.
In case of late payment, fees or interest may be applied in accordance with Belgian regulations.
Deadlines are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on site conditions.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, supplier delays, or changes requested by the client.
The client agrees to provide all necessary information for the proper execution of the project.
They must also ensure access to the site and obtain any required authorizations if necessary.
Inter Ross undertakes to carry out the work professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
The company cannot be held liable in case of improper use after completion or intervention by a third party.
The work carried out is covered by the legal guarantees applicable in Belgium, particularly in terms of construction and compliance.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing that, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
